Collection Only

At Herts Special Vehicles, all vehicles and products are sold on a collection only basis.

We do not offer delivery or shipping services.

Customers are responsible for arranging collection directly from our premises.

Collections are strictly by appointment only.

Available times:
Monday–Friday

9:00am–5:00pm

Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable collection slot.

Collection Requirements

When collecting your item, you must:

• Bring valid photo ID

• Provide proof of purchase/order confirmation

• Ensure you have suitable transport and tie-down equipment

• Inspect the vehicle or goods before leaving the premises

Once items leave our site, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Third-Party Couriers / Transporters

If you choose to arrange your own courier or transporter:

• This is done entirely at your own risk

• We are not liable for damage or loss during transit

• Your courier must collect during agreed times and provide collection details
